Banco worked with Techbit as Business Partner to implement the Business Process Management on Cloud service. The bank chose a cloud-based solution because it was fast and easy to implement and didn’t require additional hardware or staff. Business process management built was helpful for banks in operations management with various methods to discover, model, analyze, measure, improve, optimize, and automate business processes.

Results were impressive after implementing the Business Process Manager on Cloud solution, Banco gained the necessary visibility into its processes to begin making improvements. “For me as the CEO, it was very important to have these solutions, because before, I didn’t know what was involved with all our processes,” says Almeida. “Now, I can see the time and resources required for each process.” With this increased visibility, the bank made process improvements and reduced turnaround time for loans by 60 percent, from five to two days. “Implementing services in the cloud is very simple,” says Almeida. “It’s just connecting. In two or three weeks, you can have the solutions operating.” Since it previously took three months or more, the bank has decreased the time to implement services by up to 85 percent.
