We, at Techbit Solution Pvt. Ltd., are looking for a motivated and talented Business Development Executive to join our talented and fun dream team. We are looking for an empathic business development executive to contribute to the growth of our company.

BDE is responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients. They are typically employed in sales-oriented roles and play a crucial role in driving the growth of a company.

BDE are responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast of changes in consumption. You will also be required to build capacity in staff through regular training and mentorship.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • The candidate must be a graduate with good command of English language.

  • Good Understanding of the UpWork environment, proposal writing, Lead Generation and Understanding client’s requirements and BRD/FRD.

  • Invoice Management, Billing, Client Communication, and prompt reply to clients.

  • Good at managing the team by monitoring performance reviews and motivation.

  • Must be good at Tasks and Time management.

Note: Position requires direct communication with the Client and Team handling.
